Revamp of Neste Oil’s service stations continues

23.04.2010

The project to revamp the look of Neste Oil’s service stations in Finland is continuing this year and will see a further 90 outlets updated. The project was launched in 2008 and is intended to give all the company’s service station locations a new integrated identity. More than 800 outlets will be affected, of which over half have been revamped so far.

Revamping a station takes a little less than a week, and work causes virtually no disruption to normal operations. Work involves replacing roadside signage, price displays, and other signage, as well as forecourt displays. A series of other improvements are also made to other services.

“Our goal, together with our dealers, is to offer our customers an even better standard of service and reinforce customer satisfaction,” says director Arvo Ruotsalainen of Neste Oil.

Customer satisfaction and brand studies commissioned by Neste Oil have shown that customers see quality and reliability as among the company’s key qualities. Motorists describe the service they receive at Neste Oil stations as the best in Finland.

Neste Oil has over 800 stations in Finland and around 300 in other countries. Neste Oil stations were recently declared the best in the business in respect of their environmental awareness for the second time in the Trusted Brands survey carried out by Reader’s Digest.
