2014

Neste Oil sold its key vessels to companies owned by Finland's National Emergency Supply Agency and Ilmarinen.
 

2013

Neste Oil sold its Polish station network (Neste Polska SP, Z.O.O.) to Shell. The sale covers a total of 105 Neste Oil's unmanned stations in Poland.

 

2011

The gas business in Estonia was sold to Alexela, the polyalphaolefins (PAO) plant in Beringen, Belgium to Chevron Phillips Chemical, and Neste Oil’s 50% stake in an iso-octane plant in Edmonton, Canada to Canadian-based Keyera Corporation.
