In addition to the mandatory fields, the invoice must include the following data:                       

• Reference person (first name, surname)
• Order number or contract number (if applicable)
• Delivery date, service date, or prepayment date
• Supplier name, address, bank account and Business ID
• Any credit note must include the number of the original invoice
